In consideration of Hosting services to be delivered, customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • 9.1. Subscription payments are due for AdResultsWeb.com Hosting in the amount of $2.95 per month starting at the time of subsciption and may be cancelled by the customer from within their Paypal account at any time. There are no setup fees.
     
  • 9.2. Due to the low monthly cost of AdResultsWeb.com Hosting, there will be NO REFUNDS or PARTIAL REFUNDS.
     
  • 9.3 Customers agree to pay all taxes applicable to your account.
  • 9.4. Non-Payment of services shall result in a 5-day notice of disconnection. All payment failures must be cured within 5 business days from payment due date or account will be terminated.
     
  • 9.5. AdResultsWeb.com Hosting is not and shall not responsible for data integrity for any accounts that are terminated,  or interrupted because of Customer’s failure to pay for AdResultsWeb.com Hosting’s services.
     
  • 9.6. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers or other computers.
     
  • 9.7 AdResultsWeb.com Hosting reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at our sole discretion.
     
  • 9.8  Adult or gambling sites are strictly prohibited and any accounts with related content will be terminated.
     
  • 9.9 SPAM will not be tolerated, period. Any SPAM complaints towards customers domain will result in account termination.
     
  • 9.10 AdResultsWeb.com Hosting is further governed by the reseller terms at http://www.resellerzoom.com/tos.shtml . Any violation of the reseller terms of service by customer of AdResultsWeb.com Hosting will also result in termination of customer’s account.
     
  • 9.11 Customer agrees to provide AdResultsWeb.com Hosting with accurate contact information, including real name, postal mailing address, and primary email contact address.
     
  • 9.12 New hosting account setup may take up to 24 hours with account information sent to the customers primary email address customer provides during signup.
